Physical Parameters
Following Physically Parameters should be required to apply for ALM Job.
- The medical Category should be ” A “
- Hight should be 5 feet and 04 Inch
- Chest at least 32 inches
- Weight according to Physical body
- Physical Test
A physical test will be conducted in which 800 meters need to run within 05 minutes. 20 pushups in 03 minutes. Weight lifting and other relevant tasks need to perform.
